Mushroom Pate

8 oz. chopped shiitake mushrooms
4 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. softened butter
1 oz. breadcrumbs, fresh if you have them
2 tspn finely chopped onion
dash of nutmeg
1 tbsn lemon juice
Seasoning of your choice

Sauté mushrooms, onion, and butter until cooked through. Add breadcrumbs and stir thoroughly. Remove for heat and add nutmeg, cream cheese, and lemon juice while stirring. Spoon mixture in a food processor and mix until smooth. Add seasoning. Spoon into bowl and refrigerate overnight.
